Front driver veiw of gear box. Grease leaked out of the boot. Everything appears tight and dont see any tears.

My uncle's mule is not sounding or feeling (sluggish) right but I'm not sure exactly what is going on. Can anyone help diagnose this problem. I'm hoping it's something I can do for him to save him some cash.
