good afternoon! i have a 2009 Kawasaki Mule 4010 diesel trans 4x4 with electric power steering. i cannot turn the steering wheel at all. I have done the usual suspects, check fuses, voltage, wiring for obvious damage, etc. My question, shouldn't i be able to turn the rack/steering gear manually? i can't get it to budge at all. i vaguely remember last time i had this in the shop that the steering was weird in that i could barely turn it unless i was giving it gas, then it would turn easily. now, i get nothing. i have seperated the shaft from rack to steering wheel. Steering wheel turns super smooth, the rack not so much.
