My father in law gave me a great condition KAF300C mule. it was sitting around his place with minor issues and he didnt use it anymore. I replaced the fuel pump, cleaned/tuned the carb, replaced the battery and it runs like a top!
He said that he recently had the belt replaced, but when you put it into gear the dang thing will take off rolling. If you hold the brakes to stop it you can hear the belt squealing for traction. Is this normal? Is there something that i can adjust to fix the issue? Looking through the belt box exhaust you can see that the clutches it rides in wobbles slightly.
Also, did these things come with titles? I cannot find a VIN on this thing anywhere. It has been in my family since new. My uncle bought it new, my dad purchased it from him, my father in law purchased from my dad and the FIL gave it to me. basically all farm/property duty it's entire lifetime.
