Kawasaki Forums - 4010 problem remains stationary at cold

I use the machine once a month, and when I engage, I feel that the gear is in place, but when I accelerate, it's like I'm in neutral.
It doesn't matter whether I'm moving forward or backward, and every time I feel as if I'm stuck.
To remedy the situation, I use the winch to pull the machine for about 10 feet.
Later I feel that the clutch is working properly.
Then if I use it all in the same day, everything works perfectly, but when I leave the machine on pause for a few days, it gets stuck again.
I thought the handbrake was having a problem, but when I pull the machine, the wheels turn and are not stuck.
Can you help me find out where the problem is?
