my 3010 mule sat for several years . I cannot get it to drive more than a few feet without stalling out . It has spark on both cylinders , a new oem fuel pump , I've rebuilt the carb ,cleaned out the tank , replaced the fuel lines and filter . I also installed a new belt and new battery . Any suggestions on how to get it moving . It will rev up in neutral but still seems sluggish. When I put it in gear and throttle up it Boggs down to the point of stalling and will barely move before stalling . If I stopped accelerating when it Boggs it will go back to idle but will completely die if I do not remove my foot from the throttle .
