is the 2006 900 stx governed different from the 2005 900stx i own a 2006 my friend 2005 and his is about 20mph faster both bought a week apart

there is no governer. ski's should be the same as far as motor drive train and top speed if i remember right i wolud take it back to the dealer and ask. shuld be under warrenty so no cost to u.
