Hi can anyone help i have just bought a zxi 1100 1997 model and my fuel gauge doesnt seem to be working can anyone send me in the right direction?
i have tried taking out the stick in the fuel tank with the floats on it but had no joy

 

Have you tried pressing on the LCD display? I found mine to be working but not showing up unless you press on the gauge right where the indicators should be. I think I might try and replace mine.

 

I think mine may be a little older than yours, mine is a gauge as opposed to the digital type, thanks for your reply though.

Mine is a 97 also, but it's a STX. I would have thought they were the same?
Using a multi meter you should be able to tell if it is the gauge or the sending unit.
