'99 900 STX fuel tap assembly help - line goes where?
 

I am new here and a single mom. A jet ski mechanic wants to charge me $80 just to look at the problem. Excuse my newbieness for a minute.

this ski is in working order. All she needed was new lines and I was planning on doing it myself. unplug and replug one at a time easy right? nope! lol! I am handy enough to figure out most things but this has me stumped and it may be fine as is but guess is that this line belongs somewhere and I can't figure it out. I can only find one YouTube video that even mentions this part (maybe I'm googling incorrectly) and although it helped me identify the part I can't find more than that. My return and on lines are attached where they belong (i have spark and the ski run great). I replaced the oil line as it was cracking at the tank. I left my seat off my ski and my 4 yr old touched stuff. UG! so I believe he pulled this line from where it was. anyone help me out and tell me where to reattach it? excuse the oil mess. pictures were after I fixed the cracked line.

One end is attached to the fuel tap with the white zip tie and the other end I am holding in my hands.

All this baby needed was some new lines, a good wash down, and maybe someday fresh paint. Now I am afraid to turn her on in case I seize the engine or something!
