97 zxi wont turn over
 

Im having an issue trying to start my 1100 zxi. Battery is charged and motor cranks over with plugs removed. When i install plugs the engine cranks very slugishly. I removed the plugs and if i cover the plug hole i can feel compression but it bogs the motor down. Any ideas on what the problem may be???
