1996 kawasaki xi 750 super sport
 

I recently replaced the stator as well as rebuilding the carbs in my 96 xi 750. The ski runs great for about 20 or 30 minutes but once its warmed up it wants to cut out at top speed and will only keep moving if i hold the choke on. Ive been through the carbs twice already. Any idea what my issue is? Thank you in advance!
