need some suggestions~ motor wouldn't start so I removed rear spark plug to check for spark with wire attached with plug touching block ,cranked it over and supprise engine started on one cylinder with rear plug laying on block. I could see it firing and felt good compression.... re installed plug and removed front plug and grounding it and cranked it with no start... tryed to start with both plugs installed with no start... so removed rear plug again and engine started... confused ...jet ski was not run for well over a year could I not be getting fuel to rear cylinder I cleaned fuel bowl

Probably not getting fuel to rear cylinder. Also may have fouled plugs... even though they spark while resting on cyl head. Plug firing conditions are different between full compression and free air. Incidentally, both plugs fire at the same time (in series), so there is an extra firing at BDC as well as TDC. If the fuel bowl you cleaned was the in-line filter, or maybe it was just the water seperator for the tank air inlet, you still need to do a carb clean/rebuild. Try drizzling some fuel down the rear carb while cranking. Also do a compression test... both cylinders about equal... somewhere in the 135-150 psi range.
