Triedout my1500with 9 hours on it - it worked fine at speed for a half hour but when I idled in the middle of the lake for a coke break - steam started coming out of the exhaust and the temp warninglight came on. Looked at the cooling system on the Kawa web site - I don't see a cooling pump. Does this jet ski have tokeep moving to prevent overheating? is this a water scoop injection cooling system? how do I trouble shoot ?
Is there a screen in the intake duct that can get clogged?
