Equality is BS, its just racism. My friend who is a LA deputy has been passed over for sergeant 5 times, 3 times for women with less time and lesser scores and 2 for minority.

It's a crime to be white male, you should be judged by your work performance and that's it, meeting quota for enough minority and women is just sad.

 

Personally I don't want to be equal to a man...........I want to be better!!!! j/k (really I am joking)
