Z900rs Kickstand Bolt
 

Hey all -

Trying to remove kickstand. Nut is off (cracked one of my 14mm sockets in the process), but I cannot get the bolt out. I've spun it something like 100x. I've yanked on it with vice-grips. Nothing works. No room to knock it out from behind. What am I missing?

Try soaking it in release spray and leaving for a few days, But whatever you will probaby have to get on the back of that bolt with a drift and give it some help, Try not to mar the threads in the process of a new bolt will be required.

Thanks bud. Great advice. I'm going to try that. It's just so strange - it's like the bolt is pressed-in, though I know it's not!
