I am trying to figure out which tires everyone would recommend. I mostly ride on the highway and I am not that hard on my bike but not sure what tires to get to replace my battle ax ones. maybe list a few tires that would be on the cheaper and still a good buy. front tire: 120/70 and rear tire: 180/55 thanks for any help

 

This discussion is all over the net and here as well, a quick search will give you more info than you ever wanted. For your type of riding I would look for a dual compound touring tire, and unless your really getting on it you can make your decision based on price over performance. Have fun brotha!

 

yeah, basically a personnal preference. I have only played with Dunlop, pirelli or metzler tires. If I get 3000 miles on them, I am happy.

im really liken the bridgstone bt16's thats on my 636... grip good and the wear is great
