whell i have a digital guage that reads in blocks, im not sure how many each block is, but while driving it will stay around 3 blocks, and while sitting at idle sometimes it will go to 5 and kick the fan on (on a hot day tho)

for me 200+ is normal when I'm in traffic or just tooling around town, it drops when on the open road. I've had mine climb up to 218 before waiting at an intersection. My buddies all say that their bikes are the same too, so I wouldn't worry about it too much. Can you tell if your fan is kicking on or not?
