Default thinking

I posted this over on SSBC but I thought it would be a good topice here too..

next week when I get the bike back to rolling on 2 wheels.. I will be bringing up to my shop to change the chain, with a nice DID !!

And I was thinking about doing a coolant flush, then refilling with watter wetter. This will drop the engine temp a few degrees.. So here is where I was thinking...
Could I go one hotter on my plugs and fatten up the carbs a little to make a few HP's.. or do you think that I still take the chance of burning ??

Is this a brain storm

or a

Brain fart

The water weter is lighter than coolant so you proubly lost a pound or two. Do a reserch on plugs but I dont recomend you have stock heads so that plug you have is the best heat range. You could however put stronger coils or spark amplifier. If the plug is to hot holes in the piston, the porclin insalator is what determines the plug being hot or cold. A stronger spark is always beter than a hotter plug.
