Have one of those kinda stupid questions.....on a 1999 ZX-9R....the front wheel marker should be on what side ...left or right......didnt pay attention when I took off my wheels to have tires put on ....

there is a small arrow on the front wheel showing rotation.......

hmm, the arrow that shows the correct rotation, your joking right?
Although you can reverse the arrow if you are wanting to change the wear on some tires if lets say one side is getting burned up because of all all right hand corners.

edit: In the dry that is. The arrow is there for a reason in wet weather.

No see...there ya go ...my wheel has an indicator arrow on it for a reason...even my chilton says make sure the arrow is facing the correct way ...but doesnt state which direction.....never heard of it before neither....but its there and this my my first 9r...and wasnt sure why it was there.......tires on are and I am back riding so was just wondering.

the arrow should always be pointing in the direction that the wheel is rotating in... ie: forward.
