Wondered if anyone could help?

I'm currently restoring a 1985 KE125, I'm in the process of rebuilding the carb so thought it prudent to check the carb float height whilst I'm in there, unfortunately I can't find the specs for this anywhere. I have a service manual but this details using a 'special tool' from a kawasaki?!

Thought that someone out there may have these details in another manual?
