Kawasaki ER5 running issues
 

I just bought a 1997 model, i have replaced the battery and the rectifier and relay, the bike was fine when coming back from the garage, but today on when i was out the bike lost power and the engine died, the AA came out the 25a fuse on the ignition was blown, the AA man was having trouble with the earth, he did then get the ignition to come on and then it would not fire but he did something else and it fired up. I need to know what is causing the fault with it.

hmm, more information is always good. Popping fuses is not good.

this has now been fixed, he main power feed from the ignition switch box that connects to the battery upto the ignition (white wire) had been damaged so was cutting the power was popping fuses.
