How to fix a flooded engine(ex250)

Somebody had knocked down my ex250 and it had laid on its side for several minutes. I went to start it and it wouldn't fire, so i got new spark plugs, installed them and it still wouldn't fire. I'm almost 100 percent positive that the problem is a flooded enngine. The damage to the bike looked purely cosmetic. Whats the easiest way to fix this?

Do a WFO on the throttle on initial start.

Pull plugs, disable ignition system crank her over a few times, let all that fuel out, try keying on and off , it could be Tip over sensor, just sitting by itself the bike should get its self unflooded if its sat for a while and it still wont start my bet is its not flooded

It will start, you just need to crank it over for a few minutes. (but only about 15 seconds at a time so you don't burn out your starter.)
