does anyone know how interchangeable a zx6 carb and a zx7 carb set are? What is the main difference if they are only a year apart? I am looking to put a 94 zx6 carb set on a 93 zx7 bike if it will work? it looks like they are two different part numbers but by the schematic they look the same. I am guessing the size has something to do with it but i am not sure... Any help would be appreciated!

 

Venturi size and rack spacing would prolly be the issue. I have not looked into that so have no answers on your question.

 

arent the 6 carbs like a 39mm and the 7 carbs somewheres around a 40 something ?????
