Default Bike Service Help

Hello, I will be puchasing a new Ninja soon, and was wondering what is included in a typical bike service? and How much does it usually cost? Also, what kind of service plan will the dealer offer, is it usually a good idea? Thanks for the help?

basic service is a oil change and they adjust the chain and lube it. if they even do that much. just on a oil change it can range from 50 to 100 bucks depending on where you go.

Why do some places think they can charge almost $100 for an oil change? It's not nearly that much on a car.
