Advice required - 98 zx6
 

Just got back from working abroad and got my 98 ZX6 from the back of my dads garage- not started for 7 years.

Am looking for a bit of advice on how to go about getting it ready to start so I dont do any permenant damage.

Just the standard stuff. Drain the carb bowls, I like either diesel or MMO to soak the rings prior to hand turning the crank. Flush the coolant, oil/filter along with brake lines. Check the plugs after running it. 7 yrs and vacuum lines and any rubber products may be cracking (tires too). Good luck
