Newb here. I recently purchase a Police model KZ1000. It is not firing. I replaced the ignitor and that did not help. I can't see that I'm getting fire to the coils. I used my multi-tester to check all in the book it showed such as the alternator, voltage regulator, primary and secondary coil, pickup coils, and of course the battery power level.
What else should I look for?

Any advice would be wonderful.

Found it. Bad wire and relay.
