2004 KX250F Hot/Cold Start Issues

2004 KX250F Hot/Cold Start Issues
Hello Everyone,
New here on the forum. I just purchased a 2004 Kawasaki KX250F recently and I have been having some issues with the bike. On a cold start the bike is VERY difficult to start; and when you finally get it running it runs good. But, if you try to re-start it again when its still hot it will not start up again. You can bum start it OK though.
We cleaned the carb and jets and replaced the spark plug.
Can anyone please help me out to try to figure this out??? Thank you
