2003 Kawasaki Bayou 250 shifting into reverse
 

My Bayou 250 just started to be able to shift from neutral to reverse with not turning the reverse switch. Therefore when you downshift it will go from 1st directly into reverse if not careful. Any ideas? Thank you in advance.
