2000 ZX9R loss of power

I have a 2000 ZX9R and it has started lossing power. some addon's tothe bike are Full Muzzy exhaust, Stage1 dynojet kit, and K&N air filter.

The bike is street driven but used alot for Drag Racing. Last year the bike ran some 10.40's around 138 mph in the 1/4 but this year cannot seem to run in the 10's at alland is barely hitting 130 mph. I am not familiar with the carbs to go playing with things. Any suggestions on where to start?

leak down?
Yes a leak down, similar to a compression test but any leaks will be noted on your gauges to see if the pistons/rings, valves or even a cracked cylinder or gasket is causing issues. It is not fool proof, but before tearing into an engine looking for issues, it is nice to see what cylinder is causing the low pressure. Plus a leak down is cheap to do. It is just a troubleshooting tool that I like to use.
