2000 ZX-12R K&N Filters

I recently put K&N filters on my ZX-12R and I have a full Muzzy system on my bike. Since I put them on my bike is running very "rich" and keeps filing out my plugs. The bike ran fine before I put the aftermarket filters on. What could be causing this? Do I need a power commander or does anyone have any suggestions or reasons? Any help would be great thanks.

If you had carbs, I could help. K&N's let more air into the mix. You'll need to tweek the air-fuel combo. Did you install the pods or a replacement "plate" type filter in the OE airbox? Either way, it's a mixture issue.
BTW, welcome to the forums. One of the EFI-savvy guys can help.
Gear up; stay safe.

fouling the plugs with a K&N and with a full exhaust and nothing else was messed with? Sounds like you had better get some tuning done on this FI for your combination. Good luck and welcome to KF.
