Cool 2000 1100zxi milky oil

Recently the flushing out cap came off and the engine compartment was half full of water. I dried out the machine and hooked up the hose to see if it ran it ran fine. I now was winterizing it and the 2nd and 3rd cylinder plugs were milky and wet. I pulled the plugs and turned over the machine a few times over the coarse of an 1/2 hour. If I fogg the cylinders will I be alright till next seaon or do you think it will pit the cyliders??

If it was me, I'd refill with some kind of oil and run until warm to be sure the water and condensation is completely out. Change the filter, too.

Welcome to KF

Yeah, as mentioned, flush the case and allow the cylinders to get coated with cheap oil. Replace that filter and add your oil of choice.
