Default 1990 ZX7 Cam Chain Adjustment

I have a 1990 kawasaki zx7 and the cam chain is starting to get loose. How do I adjust the tensioner and where is it found.

Any help would be greatly appreciated,

Thanks

Here is the fiche to get an idea on the location and what the tensioner looks like.
I fabbed up a tool from sheet metal to do the adjusting/holding the spring tension so that the bracket can be bolted back onto the cylinders. I need to find my hard copy of the service manual still. (in some box after moving) on the exact procedures when I did it.
