At the end of my street, I laid the bike down at a stand still. After immediately picking it back up and starting it the water and oil
lights stayed on. Turned the ignition off and back on, restarted the bike but the two lights R still on. Runs the same, sounds the same,
not smoking. What do I need to check?

I would disconnect and reconnect the plugs, can't hurt. If that doesn't do anything I would disconnect and reconnect the battery. Last thing I'd do is check with the Kawasaki dealership near you with the service advisor.
