Hi , brother just bought 02 r1 and when his low beams are on ,both lights are on ,but when he puts high beam only one light is on (kinda opposite) high beam is brighter but only lights up one side. Is there a problem here? How can i fix it and how much would it cost me at a dealership? Reply would be appreciated.

 

Try changing that one bulb, As crazy as it may seem the low beam element is fine but the high beam element seems to be burnt out. I would check that first before you start getting crazy.
