‘99 Ultra 150 rpm pulsating
 

I’ve got a ‘99 ultra 150 that has suddenly started pulsating the RPMs, especially in higher revs. But I can also hear it slightly above idle.
Holding wide open it will actually leap constantly like I’m jumping waves. Goes from half throttle to full to half to full. That is what causes the leaping effect.
any ideas??
