Default Wind??

Ok so i got a 95 zx7r and it is my first bike and i have only been riding for abour 2-3 weeks. The other day was the first time i got it on the highway. I feel like i might be sitting wrong or something but man the wind just at like 60-70 mph was crazy. After riding it on the highway a few times i got a little ballsy and got her up to 95mph. I think i $hit myself. The wind was brutal I felt like if i sat up i would have gotten thrown off my bike. I sit with my crotch right up against the tank and lean over a little. Is that the way to do it or should i sit back a little further and lean down so I can get down more? I couldnt imagine the wind at speeds 100+.

Sorry I was just waiting for an excuse to use this. Besides it was getting dust on it and it gave me a reason to clean it and use it again.[8D]

+ 1 is alright in my book.

I just got an 89 ZX7, and I've had it on the freeway a couple times. The 7 has a very agressive riding position, and you have to get pretty low to get out of the wind, I've tried 2 different positions with mine on the freeway, First down low, I usually scoot back a little in the seat (Right against the tank gets uncomfortable aftera while) and lean over the tank the lower you go the more the windsheild helps. The second position I tried was up high, incredible wind but the pressure on your chest holds you up and gives your back a break. But up high you catch more crosswind so watch out. Make sure you have a good helmet, you will get used to it.
