Well long story short. A drunk gal I didnt know got on my bike without me on it. The rear brake pedal broke off the foot peg support. the throttle damper actually did its job but now thats all scratched up. the front brake lever is scratched up not to many scratches on the fairing. i had her compensate me but i was so pissed that night. so now i have to tinker with the throttle sense its not as responsive as before i have to tighten it up. lesson to be learned though. i have to take a step back after all im still a beginner
