Newbie to the Forum - KLX230s Fueling Question

Hi there,
Long time rider but I'm getting older, and like so many I am scaling back to smaller, lighter bikes. First up in that choice is a little 2022 KLX230s that I bought to bang around backroads and trails near my summer place in Vermont. So far I'm a 1,000 miles in, and its a good little machine, but the fueling is kind of annoying - apparently Kawi assumed this was a beginner bike, and the fueling is designed to "help" the rider not stall it out via a higher idol on start (which is fine) as well as sitting idle at a stop (annoying).
Question, has anyone out there replaced the map with another that brings the idle down to normal once at normal operating temperatures?
Curious if anyone has encountered and resolved this.
Many thanks!

It maybe similar to the issue with the 300 and removing the secondary throttle plate and spring may help. Definitely helped my 300.
