The guy that lives across the street from me used to be a cop (shot on duty, out on retirement), and he's told me repeatedly that if I'm haulin' and I see blue lights to find another gear and keep going!! His buddies still hang out and the ones I talk to say the same thing. Most cops don't even bother unless they get you at a point where you'r running to a dead end. For the record, though, I'm not sure I could do that...I don't trust my 'luck' or the lack of it....
