I would believe that. Millyard did a V12 using two Kawasaki sixes. did 5 cylinder two stroke Kaws too. The guy is a wizard at the wild. He was featured back in the 80s with a V8 made up of two Z1 cylinder blocks on a custom case set he welded up.

 

Yep!! I remember reading about him in the moto-rags. I love those kinda guys!! My bro-in-law is like that; he made a V-8 out of two late model 600 Honda engines. That thing screamed. He made a row of stainless intake stacks for it (on top.) Looked like one of the old McLaren can am engines.
