The mirror block off plates are done and they look great !!!

alen screws and lock washer go in from the back side

TED!!!! write a CNC program for that and send it to me!! we'll make em for $40. a pair and i'll split the profit with ya..

T1- 2" shell mill (M3 S9000)
T2- 3/32 2 flute endmill ( same..)
T3- 45* .500 chamfer

i got this and the material already ready, already!!

It would be a one setup ordeal and 5 minutes. Packaging is what takes the man power.

the polishing is the most work of all..
my buddy runs the machine shop and cut them for me..

Prices have been lowered..
