Default help with my 00 zx6r

I have a 2000 zx6r that has a full vance and hines system and i cut that down and pulled the baffles out of, as well it has a uni filter. I really want to put pod filters on it and do a factory pro jetting kit. But the bike runs pretty good right now, its slightly lean but nothing bad. Are pod filters and a jetting kit going to ruin the mixture? Im trying to just make as much power as I can out of it. Also I was thinking about doing an ignition advance gear. I just want more power and ive already changed the gearing -1T/+2T

Welcome to KF.

Of course your mods will affect the mixture. Basic engine design really. You need to tune/make every component of the system to work together. You change the exhaust for example, then that affects other components of the design. Ya get my drift on this?
