Since I don't plan on going 200mph, atleast not on roads, I'm focusing more on acceleration. Whats the best accelerations from all Ninja models? I'm guessing its the 10R but I'm not sure.

 

Not sure the answer is that easy. If you're talking bone stock,maybe the 10, but more likely the 14. However, with some simple mods like a rear sprocket with more teeth, I wouldn't rule out a 600, depending upon how far and how fast you want to be going. Apples? There's no replacement for displacement when it comes to full-on, limiter tickling in a straight line.
Oranges?Consider that 250's will be only a few seconds off the big boys when roadracing.

 

Well stock the 650R is 3.8, you think with mods I can lower that?

 

a bigger rear sproket will increase drop that a little, exhaust, PC....
