05 zzr600 headlight issues

This has been an ongoing issue. Bought the bike wrecked, rebuilt, headlight has never worked. Replaced the J box, rectifier, bulbs, and relays. Wiring looked fine. Also no high beam indicator on the dash. Please help lol.
