Nice jacket, deej. It looks like it would be real hot to wear during the summer though.

I always gear up too, no matter how hot or cold. But that jacket just looks as though it would be really uncomfortable to wear in 100+ degree heat. Then again, any jacket would be uncomfortable in that heat. What the hell am I talking about?

That was funny. Its was as though you were having a conversation with yourself........not that there is anything wrong with that.

I guess if it get too hot you could always go commando like this guy..........Remember him?[8D][8D][8D]

ORIGINAL: deej And as far as not wanting everyone to know you ride a bike, I'm just the opposite, I like the looks that people give me, especially when I pullup on what they think is a dirt bike.
Well, it's not that I completely dislike showing the fact that i'm a rider, but I like having clothes that are functional. I couldn't justify paying 300 dollars for something that'll never get used unless i'm on my motorbike, especially considering that around 3 fourths of the time that i'm on my bike, it's just for daily transportation.

And I see my bike as just that, a bike. I'd like to be a rider, without turning it into a fashion statement (a personal peave of mine).

kevlar lined jeans and some of the nicer leather jackets work well for the casual look for me.

I picked up an arlen ness leather from suprakawigrl

i think there are a lot of casual looking textile jackets. for me the issue is always getting the right fit.

I got my JoeRocket Rio mesh jacket today. Extremely lite weight, and flows air very well. But I don't feel as protected as withmy leathers.
