as the title says while I was replacing my front tire after changing a flat to it seems that the disc of the front brakes is rubbing his right front fork and I am unable to turn the wheel because of it.anyone have any ideas what I might be doing incorrectly? The speedometer cable on the left is mounted correctly by the way

 

Also,there is but one washer involved,I'm fairly certain it goes on the left side with the cotter pinned nut.My first thought was that I had lost something like a washer that would provide spacing for the brake disk (or the six nuts on it ) clearance from the right fork to turn freely.However I'm sure I haven't lost any pieces, as I'm not the most mechanical person ever I paid extra close attention while I was removing the wheel to not misplace any parts.

***UPDATE***
Well it seems my first instinct was correct.Even though I thought I had done due diligence in making sure not to misplace anything it turns out I had dropped the collar #92143 that goes on the axle right side.After installing this (after cleaning the mud from the yard off...)the wheel of course spins correctly.
Lesson-Double Triple check your parts when disassembling them.
