ihave charged thebattery and changed the fuses still no life in it at all can someone please help me

 

I'm having the same problem the bike was stolen and they busted out the back of the ignition and when I picked the bike up I put a new key switch on it and it will turn over all lights & blinkers work but it will not fire i cant figure it out
