125 eliminator starting issues
I picked up a 06 eliminator that's been sitting for a while.i got it starting and running on the choke, soon as tried to rev it bogged out.
I removed the carb and checked both jets, both seemed clear. The main jet is fully screwed in? How far out should the main jet and pilot jet be?
By flook I noticed it started ,revs, drives with the carb sitting off the air box rubber, but soon as its in place it wont start. Even with filter removed and air box open.
I've also changed the plug and added fresh fuel.

If it sat for a while (you didn't specify length of time) and runs only on choke, the carb needs a good cleaning, including the jets. They might look clean but they need to be scrubbed and cleaned to remove the hardly visible solid deposits of corn syrup.
As for the filter box, I assume you have checked for any obstruction in the rubber boot?
Jets are normally screwed all the way into their seat and tightened to specific torque. Unless you have some special adjustable jets.
Let us know how she runs after a good carb cleaning.

I have just got an eliminator 125 on a 06 plate and there are problems with starting and slow running.
There is a connection for a pipe on the throttle side of the carb body which has nothing on it. That's on the right as you sit on the bike. In the diagrams the pipe is shown as a short pipe with no description of where it goes.
The other pipes are connected to the carb stub and back of the tap to turn the fuel on with vacuum as normal.
Can anyone describe the locations where the pipes go and help as the manual shows nothing.

Hi , I have an 06 eliminator and I am not getting a spark at the spark plug and I can't find the issue of why it's not getting a spark. I have checked the wiring loom and there doesn't seem to be any exposed wires. I am thinking of changing the ignition coil but does anyone have any suggestions??.
