Removed red rear reflector, turne tag mount upside down, then mounted tag to bracket, measured where bottom of tag would be when bracket is mounted in-place of red reflector, cut "black fender extension" . After primary cut to fender, I angled the cut on each
side narrowing towards bottom, then slightly "rounded" across bottom of fender.
