I have a 2008 nomad. How much of a job is it to remove the front tire and rim to replace the tire.
Thanks
Frank M

Frank, it shouldn't be too bad. 2 ways: a. use one of the (sport bike type) front stands which has two little roller-fingers to hold the bottom end of your forks. Be careful, as these stands don't take much to knock the forks off. b. tie a strap (preferably a 2" nylon tie down strap about 18" long) criss-crossed under-over your triple clamp. Leave enough slack at the headstock to hook a ratchet strap (heavy duty, please) over a very sturdy rafter in your garage. Put the rear wheel/swingarm on some type of stand(s) to steady the bike; I use regular jack stands under my spools. Hoist 'er up in the front enough to remove the tire/wheel. I use this method on my '95 9R because I'm too cheap to buy a fancy stand.

I honestly don't know how to get them to post to the news feed. I do know an even better way to find them, though. Go to your Game Requests page and scroll down past your gifts. The game feeds are down there and you can filter them by game. So then you just have to look through Ravenwood Fair posts.

for a nomad, just use the standard cheap atv or harley lifts. Less than $100.....or you can do the straps from the rafters technique. It works as well.
