Kawasaki KLE Anhelo 250 cc hot start problem
 

Hi everybody. My Anhelo,after being sleeping at outside parking covered by snow is no more good bike.(( It floods plugs if air filter's plastic cover installed. It stalls sometimes at hot engine with no start. Then have to wait 20-30 minutes to make it start again. Carburettors checked,needles hold fuel,spark plugs new. Have checked everything,even engine was opened to check valves and rings. No solution. I will highly appreciate any advice to fix this problem if it's known. Also i think of apgrade(or downgrade)) these twin carburettors to a single one. Are there any reviews about twin carb to single carb modifications and what cons and pros it will bring. This is my first thread and i hope you good guys from this forum can help me to not burn my bike. Thank you in advance.
